Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Unprofessional Staff I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. The customer service was shockingly poor with a lot of attitude.The staff were incredibly rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in providing any level of basic courtesy or professionalism. On top of that, their cancellation policy is both unreasonable and unfair. They made no effort to communicate it clearly beforehand, but were very quick to enforce it when it suited them. There was absolutely no flexibility or understanding, even when I tried to explain the situation. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I will definitely not be returning and would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for respectful, professional service. There are many other places that genuinely value their clients – this is not one of them.

I am from NYC and I have been going to Zeynep herself for facials and totally trust her, going in blind. I’ve done peels, micro-needling etc. She is so good and my skin is always amazing after and improving so much after each visit. She has the newest and best medical products for advanced facials. Highly recommend.

Zeynep beauty is a very professional beauty salon, and I am super happy I found it. The staff is super friendly. The owner Zeynep has helped me improve the dark spots on my skin, due to sun damage. My skin has improved amazingly and Zeynep has a lot of knowledge about skin types, which products to use, etc. Everytime I arrive in Ibiza, they are my first stop. Thank you so much for helping me. Ich bin sehr dankbar Zeynep Beauty gefunden zu haben. Es ist ein sehr professioneller Salon mit der neusten Technik und meine Haut sah noch nie so gut aus. Die Beratung und Umsetzung ist auf jahrelanger Erfahrung aufgebaut und das spüre ich bei jedem Besuch. Alles zusammen genommen ist der Salon sehr zu empfehlen.

I am so pleased with the microblading to my eyebrows. I was recommended by a friend as I had no eyebrows. They now have a lovely, full natural look. Everyone is very friendly and professional in the salon.

In questo centro che rispetta senza ombra di dubbio tutte le norme igienico/sanitarie, dove l’accoglienza è stata veramente unica (il personale è molto professionale ed estremamente qualificato), ho effettuato la rimozione tramite laser del tatuaggio semipermanente alle sopracciglia. In solo una seduta l’effetto è stato INCREDIBILE!!! semplicemente OTTIMO, oggi sono tornata a distanza di quattro mesi per effettuare la seconda sessione. Grazie di cuore alla proprietaria (che ha effettuato il trattamento) e alle ragazze per l’accoglienza! CONSIGLIO AL 100%
